Festive And Simple

Here's the month of festivals and this means it's time for celebrations and dressing up. Well nowadays the younger generation aka the millennials are mostly comfortable in the western outfits but they do wait for the festival's and occasions to wear their favourite India outfits.
When we think of Indian wears the first thing that strikes us are the various colours, materials, designs also different styles. From sarees to salwars, shararas, lehngas and so much more.
So this time I thought of skipping the idea of wearing saree instead I went for a minimalist simple Indian look. I kept the look neutral but the dupatta is popping up and playing a vital role.

Here I've paired my white Chikankari Kurta with a white pair of leggings to make the look stand out I choose a red dupatta which is making the look eye-catching.
I choose a pinkish and orangish with a tint of little red earring. And as I said earlier I wanted to keep it as simple as possible because I created a day look. So I choose a pair of black slides which is going quite well with my look. You can also go for a sandal or heels which ever you prefer.
Also I did not do anything specific with my hair as my natural hairs are curly so I kept it as it is just tried to make it look prim and clean.

Elegance And Extravagant

"Cause I'm The Queen Today" It was my birthday on the 14th of July. As every other person I too had the Birthday Glow out of excitement. And this year I decided to look extravagant yet sober so I created this beautiful and classy look. 

Birthday is the day where one self Pampers themselves and try to look the best.

To make my look extravagant I choose this bright blue Chiffon thin pleated middle skirt and paired it up with my White tee to make it look sober.

I choose the white tee instead of any prints so that my skirt would become the highlight.

I choose the black strapy heels to along with my attire which gave a classy impact. And accessorised my look with the black bum bag on my waist. And the silver glitter hoop earrings had become a good match to my entire look. I also choose silver finger rings as the colors I choose for my attire we're white and blue and the silver contrasted really well.

I kept my hair's opened and straight to make my look clean and chic. And my makeup very minimal yet kept my lips red and bold to stand out. I have used golden highlighter which is adding as a plus point to my makeup.

Glamorous Vibe

The One thing I love about fashion is you can play with it however you want, it's your choice. There's something with the colour white that I love it too much. Not only it is soothing to the eyes but it makes one look glamorous.

During the day time I always prefer choosing light colours that are easy to the eyes and materials that are soft.
In Kolkata the weather is extremely hot and humid one cannot choose any material other than soft cotton. It is super light when you wear and keeps you comfortable in these humid days.

I choose this white summerish cotton dress which is super light and comfortable. It makes my day easy while I'm traveling in this heat outside. The colour pops really well in every skin tone and makes one look fresh and ready to go. This blue thread detailing gives a unique look to this simple white dress.
I pulled a blue jean jacket over that adds as a bonus to this look. This jacket is thin and light. Most of us think that jackets, shrugs are required during winters but it is equally necessary in the summers to cover yourself from this heat. The sun rays can damage ones skin so it is very important to cover your body. This jean jacket is very light and colour makes my dress looks more appealing.
I added a sling bag which I got it from my recent trip that I went on. The bag is black in colour which is making it pop more as I'm wearing white also it has small colourful wooden beads in it that is making it look attractive.

I paired up my look with a jean ballerina that has little stone detailing which makes it look gorgeous. I don't know if this ballerina is available everywhere or not but you can easily get ballerinas. These are very comfortable and goes well with my attire.
Also I added my favourite pair of earrings that are in the shape of an eye which is so unique. The colour of my earrings are black, blue and silver that makes it match my look.
And I've tried a plain simple knot as it's extremely hot during the day time and I wanted to keep it plain. Also I'm wearing light makeup just kept my eyes bit shimmery and red lips and I'm ready for the day.

Go Easy Yet Classy

The few things that I love the most are Fashion, Traveling and Food. The pictures that I'm sharing with y'll are from my recent trip to Meghalaya.

Meghalaya is a place which is unpredictable at times you may find heavy rainfall the other minute you see bright sunny day. So I decided to go easy breezy yet look classy. Also I knew I was going to have hectic day so I definitely had to be comfortable.

The first thing that came to my mind was to go light with colour of my tee-shirt. I choose white because it is said that you can never go wrong with this colour. White tee-shirt can be easily paired with denim pants, shorts, skirts probably everything.

I paired my white tee-shirt that has "NOPE" written on it. Also I'm a huge fan of written tops, tees. While I was choosing my tee-shirt I knew I wanted something in a darker shade below, be it pants or skirt. I decided to pair the tee with my Sacramento green side slit high waisted skirt. 

The skirt hugs my body so well and gives definition to my curves which is what I liked the most. I've tucked in my tee-shirt to give a smart look. I choose shoes over heels or flats because shoes are extremely comfortable and safe while traveling. The colour I kept is white to match the colour of my tee-shirt.

I accesorised my outfit with fanny pack or Bum bag which is helping the look to stand out. I choose hoop soft silver colour earrings and a vintage black cat eye sunglass to give an extra detail.
